I purchased 808 Studio and received an invalid serial number provided by Initial Audio. I copied and pasted the number as it says, I also manually typed it in. Now I have used 3 of my 6 downloads that they provide to you thinking maybe it was just a hiccup in the download process but it still is giving me the same issue. I was extremely excited to use this product and needed it right away. Unfortunately I am not satisfied with my purchase, and I am concerned if it is having issues before even installing it, what other problems could be entailed? Regardless of their "Refund Policy' I will be requesting a refund due to receiving a product that so far has not worked at all.read more
