IA-LA1 is a simple to use Compressor plugin designed to speed up your workflow. Threshold and Make up gain are the two main controls you need to worry about.
The threshold represents the level at which compression will start to affect the audio. It is shown as an orange line on the input meter, giving you instant visual feedback. Compression starts the moment your audio goes above this line.
No need to set an attack or release like on many other compressors. The IA-LA1 handles this automatically for the most musical result.

Our algorithm is designed to be super responsive and transparent, introducing no unwanted distortion. But when you need character, we have you covered.
Transparent
By default, the IA-LA1 introduces zero distortion or artifacts, keeping your sound pure and clean while controlling dynamics.
THD Control
Total Harmonic Distortion. Dial this knob up to introduce a gentle dynamic distortion, adding extra warmth, depth, and color to your mix.
Visual Feedback
Accurate level meters and a dedicated gain reduction meter give you a clear visual of exactly how much compression is being applied.
